Natalie Robinson – Live From Lost Village
I’m going on holiday so I thought it was time for some fun and sunshine from one of my DJ discoveries of 2026 – Natalie Robinson.
This is pure house music.
So I’ve been listening to a few sets from Natalie Robinson this year, I think this was the set where I sat up and thought, “hmmm, I like”, though there are plenty of sets out there on her Soundcloud page.
Her story is one of moving to Berlin, taking a DJ course, and blossomed from there – having been a hip-hop dancer, which sounds a pretty cool job.
It’s actually a fairly average mix until Point G’s Underwater comes on. And if you know, you know.
I do much prefer the second half of the mix, there is more swing and groove to it – the first half does have some pretty average 90’s kinda house/dance tracks that are a bit stale to me as an old-timer, but may well still be fun and intriguing to those much newer to house music.
Definitely a DJ for the future, and now. Enjoyment rating of 7.02.
